Refund Policy

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the items purchased, unworn and undamaged items can be returned for a size/color exchange or refund.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES can be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Shipping is at the Customer's risk, COVI SRL is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type of the same, including the appropriate form (see point C) completed.

All returned items will be inspected by COVI SRL staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return or exchange procedure. COVI SRL reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the return and exchange conditions and agreed with the Customer.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To request a return authorization , the Customer must send a request to info@euforie.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The email must specify the codes of the items you intend to return. Once the return request has been received, the COVI SRL customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
The cost of returning the goods and the cost of cash on delivery (if chosen as a payment method), in the event of a return, are the responsibility of the customer and therefore not refunded , unless otherwise specified at the beginning of the information.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

In the event of an error in the size selection on www.euforie.com, it is possible to exchange the item within 14 days of receiving the goods ONLY for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. It is not possible to exchange the item for a different item . Only one exchange of goods is allowed per single order.
The payment methods for shipping costs (return and redelivery) will be agreed upon based on the customer's needs, with our customer service at info@euforie.com or at the Whatsapp number 3482936110 , specifying the code of the item you wish to change. Once the CHANGE request has been received, the COVI SRL customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
The cost of returning the goods and the cost of cash on delivery (if chosen as the payment method), in the event of an exchange, are the responsibility of the customer and therefore not refunded , unless otherwise specified at the beginning of the information.

RETURN AND SIZE CHANGE CONDITIONS (Right of withdrawal for the consumer (legislative decree 206/2005)

To send one or more returns to COVI SRL , the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:

  1. All items for sale on the website www.euforie.com are delivered to the Customer with an original authenticity tag attached to the item. The item must be tried on without removing the tag.
  2. Returns will only be accepted with intact tags. Returns will not be accepted under any circumstances with tags cut, broken, detached, removed, tampered with or missing the warranty seal.
  3. Items to be returned must not have been worn , ironed , washed or treated in any way.
  4. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and wrapped appropriately.
  5. All other labels on the garment, whether fabric or hanging, must be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.
  6. The goods to be returned must be physically delivered and only to the Express Courier within and no later than 14 working days from the delivery date.
  7. The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or item, must forward the return procedure to info@euforie.com
  8. In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, COVI SRL reserves the right to not accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

We urge you to take particular care when trying on the purchased item, because items that have missing or damaged original hanging labels will be considered irremediably depreciated and unsellable and, therefore, with a value equal to zero euros.

NB
The costs and expenses for returning the product (e.g. cash on delivery, return of goods, etc.) are in any case the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

 

Right of withdrawal for the consumer (legislative decree 206/2005)

The Right of Withdrawal consists in the possibility – granted to the consumer for contracts concluded outside of commercial premises (at home, on the street, by post, etc.) or for distance contracts (via the Internet, by telephone, etc.) – to unilaterally decide to dissolve the contractual bond with the seller WITHIN 14 DAYS of the stipulation of the same, consequently obtaining the refund of the price paid.

The deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal starts:

  • for goods, from the day of their receipt by the consumer;
  • for services, from the day of conclusion of the contract.

If the goods have been delivered, the consumer is required to return them within 14 days (the postmark is valid) from the day of receipt of the goods.

The refund of the price paid (including shipping costs) must be made free of charge, as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the seller became aware of the consumer's exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products themselves or waive the right to the provision of the services and obtain a refund of the price already paid in advance.

Mode of operation:

To this end, the Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days of delivery of the products or within 14 days of purchasing the services, by sending a communication via email to info@euforie.com containing all the information necessary and useful for the correct processing of the return and refund procedure.

This communication must necessarily contain all of the following:

  • the express will of the Customer to withdraw in whole or in part from the purchase contract;
  • the number and copy of the document (invoice – transport document) proving the purchase of the order for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal;
  • the description and codes of the Products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised.

The refund, including shipping costs, will be made by the Seller within 14 days of receiving the communication.
