Orders and Shipping
Your credit card will be charged on the day of your order. NB During the period of sales or promotions , shipments may require longer times . To modify an order or change the shipping address or payment method, if you have confirmed the same by mistake, you can contact us at info@euforie.com before the order itself is shipped. In all cases, COVI Srl reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with causes of force majeure occur.
Shipments in Italy and abroad are made via GLS . As required by the laws that regulate trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice which declares the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
COVI Srl shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.
The assortment present on www.euforie.com reflects the exact availability of each item by size and by colour . The website is in fact connected in real time with all the warehouses belonging to COVI SRL thanks to a system created by the MagicStore company, synonymous with computer security and precision . Once the order request has been received, the Orders department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased, the validity of the credit card transaction and to verify the details of previous transactions made by the Customer on www.euforie.com . In the event that the items ordered are not available , or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the Customer, the Orders office will promptly notify the Customer .
